Top Beauty Retail Apps on Android in Israel: Q4 2024

In the fourth quarter of 2024, the beauty retail sector on the Android platform in Israel witnessed varied performance trends across its leading applications. Here’s a closer look at how the top five apps fared during this period, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Strawberrynet Beauty Shopping, from Hong Kong-based Strawberrynet, saw a gradual decline in weekly downloads, starting at around 327 in early October and ending the year at approximately 230. Despite this, the app maintained a relatively stable number of weekly active users, fluctuating between 765 and 570.

GBoutique, by Gitech from Israel, experienced a notable increase in weekly downloads mid-quarter, peaking at about 420 downloads in mid-November. This uptick reflects a significant rise from the initial 65 downloads in late September.

The UK-based BEAUTY BAY app had a consistent performance in terms of weekly downloads, with numbers ranging from 104 to 60. Active users showed a slight decline from 331 to 282 over the quarter.

OLIVEYOUNG GLOBAL from CJ Olive Young Corporation in South Korea demonstrated a steady rise in weekly downloads, reaching a high of 81 by the end of December. Active user numbers also saw a positive trend, increasing from 135 to 184 throughout the quarter.

Lastly, the April - אפריל app, from Israel's April Cosmetic & Fragrance Chain Stores, showcased a modest variation in weekly downloads, starting at 67 and concluding the year at 64.
